Caverna PP A one-of-a-kind, polypropylene build material with a co-continuous microporous morphology. 1.75mm and 2.85mm diameter 500g spool Chamber temperature: 20–50°C Extruder temperature: 190–250°C Build plate temperature: 95–125°C Caverna PP is compatible with standard, non-porous polypropylene and it pairs perfectly with AquaSys 120, enabling design freedom and easy support removal. Caverna offers a new level of versatility other materials can't match. *Caverna PP has not yet been approved for medical implants.

Features

    Caverna PP has a microporous structure which is activated with simple post-processing in tap water following a gyroid or other non-solid fill build process. This is your key to building strong, lightweight polypropylene parts.

    The perfect support partner. Caverna PP is compatible with AquaSys 120, enabling design freedom and simple post-processing.

    Excellent consistency. Caverna PP's highly uniform pore size (1–4μ) and distribution provide outstanding print fidelity.

    Varied composite capability. A polypropylene (PP) composite ideal for your industry, Caverna PP, offers optimum compatibility with traditional PP materials.

    Caverna PP has been validated for use on printers such as Tumaker NX Pro and BIGFoot, Titan Atlas, Arburg freeformer, UltiMaker, AON3D, Intamsys, Raise3D and many more. Use on single head systems with automatic material switching stations (Bambu, Mosaic) is not recommended.
